    As an independent, privately owned practice specializing in both medical and aesthetic dermatology, JustSkin set out to redefine what a dermatology experience could feel like, and needed a marketing partner who could communicate this different approach, among a sea of generic, corporate-owned practices in the area.

    Beyond social, we supported the clinic with website copywriting, branding, event vetting and evaluation and digital advertising to create a multi-channel approach that worked together to grow awareness and book more appointments.

    On social media, Facebook followers grew by 74.7% and Instagram reached 1,104 followers with 301 net new. Content volume increased by 232% on Facebook and 244% on Instagram. Facebook views climbed to 100.9K (a 1,012% increase) while Instagram views surpassed 144K since we began working together. Average reach per day on Instagram grew by 60%, and a top-performing Reel earned over 3,000 views with an engagement rate of approximately 29%.

    On the paid side, digital ads generated 109.8K impressions, reaching 41.5K people, with 6,030 total clicks, a 5.49% click-through rate, and a cost per click of just $0.16. Website page views also grew substantially, reflecting the cumulative impact of a strategy built on managing multiple assets and channels simultaneously (and knowing how to recommend the best approach for each) to drive real patient interest and trust in every area.
